To place an ad you must be a site’s member. To be such you have to register as the site will work only for registered users. (You may look through the ads without being registered though.)

2. Placing an ad
   

To find the item you are looking for you have to place an ad giving the best possible description of the item you are searching and/or placing a photo of it. It will be advisable to place a photo if you have one or to ask for one from the seller.

1. Describe what condition you would like to receive the item in marking the item condition area.

2. Mark the period of your ad – 7, 14 or 30 days.

3. Choose the way of delivery – UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL.

4. The payment has to be chosen from the options offered by the site. Every payment is done right after the deal is made.
   

If you don’t follow the rules of the site your ad will not be allowed.

If the placed ad’s information is not true, it will be erased without warning.

What is hard price, what is soft price?

HARD PRICE

Hard price means the purchaser wants to buy the desired item at the price he offers without it being changed after it has been offered at the placing of the ad. The deal can be made only at the ad’s price.

SOFT PRICE

The soft price allows the purchaser to buy an item without knowing its real value.The purchaser has to give a minimum of starting price and wait for offers. The lowest price will be in red. The coming offers from the sellers will give the purchaser an approximate and sometimes even the real value of the item he is looking for. The purchaser will be able to provoke the sellers by increasing his price until both sides are pleased. (The purchaser can only increase his starting price but he can’t decrease it afterwards.) When the purchaser has found the item he is looking for and the seller has found his purchaser the deal can be made.

For both kinds of ads it is advisable to ask the seller/s to send a detailed description of the item he/they is/are offering and several good photos so that the purchaser has a real and clear idea for the item.

 All this information is necessary to provide the correct info to the buyer or seller when you buy or sell item.

We will never sell or give away your personal information to third parties for purposes of building contact lists without your permission.

3. How can I place an AD ?

     Once you are registered Go to the Log in page-> User section-> Place  NEW  AD 

4. How can I contact the Seller(Buyer)?

  FOR BUYER  -  One you  have received an  OFFER from  the Seller Go to  YOUR OFFER and press  REPLAY

  FOR SELLER  -  If the buyer has a question you will see a  message from the buyer and you can reply to him.

5. What can I do when I receive an OFFER ? 

 1. YOU can accept the offer by  pressing  ACCEPT OFFER

2. You can ask  a question or get more details from  the  seller by  pressing REPLAY

3. You can delete the offer

6.  When I press ACCEPT OFFER why does it to UNCONFIRMED OFFER?

When the  offer is accepted ,  you have to wait for conformation from the seller. IF the seller confirms  then your AD has been moved to the CLOSED DEALS. From there you can see the seller inf. e-mail, address and his name.

7. How can I renew  my AD?

LOG IN -> USER SECTION -> MY EXPIRED AD ->Press the Green circle

NOTE: YOU can not  RENEW AD If  this AD has  SOFT PRICE

8. How can I delete my AD?

LOG IN -> MAIN WINDOW and  press the RED X

9. How  can I change the existing information ?

LOG IN -> MY PROFILE

10. Where can I see my offer for existing auction ?

LOG IN -> USER SECTION -> RECEIVED OFFER

11.Why are some price in RED, while others are in Green ?

All of the prices in the HARD PRICE section are in RED.

All of the price in the SOFT PRICE section are in Green.

12. How can I replay to a question from the Buyer?

You have go to USER CECTION -> SEND OFFER.  If you have a question about  your offer,  you will see number on right hand said ( letter ), click on it and pres REPLY.

13.When can I  see Buyer/Seller shipping and other information?

 1.FOR BUYER - When you press CLOSED DEALS, then click on AD and you will see the name, e-mail, address of the seller.

2.FOR SELLER - When your offer  has been accepted, you will receive  massages  attached to SEND OFFER , where you will find the buyer information.

14.Why does my AD go in UNCONFIRMED OFFERS when I press ACCEPT OFFER - For Buyer  

Your AD goes to UNCOFIRMED OFFERS because once you are agree with seller's condition, the seller have to confirm the offer by pressing DEAL 

15. Why is my OFFER  in ACCEPTED OFFERS ?

Because your offer has been accepted, after which you need to contact the buyer for payment details and then ship the item

16. How can I change the price when my AD is under  SOFT PRICE?

Go to USER CECTION -> My ACTIVE AD -> TITEL -> PRICE- > EDIT

17. Can I send another offer to buyer ?

NO, you can't if the AD is under HARD PRICE

YES, you can ( as many times as you want) if the AD is under SOFT PRICE.
